Sabrina Adler - Skadden Fellowship Foundation awarded a 3-year fellowship to Sabrina Adler (Stanford Law School Class of 2008). Ms. Adler will work to establish a medical-legal collaborative with the pediatric unit at San Francisco General Hospital serving low-income children and their families.
Brian Blalock - Skadden Fellowship Foundation awarded a 3-year fellowship to Brian Blalock. Mr. Blalock's project focuses on helping individuals with disabilities navigate the Supplemental Security Income disabilities benefits program and ensuring that youth with disabilities have meaningful access to special education programs.
Linnea Forsythe - Equal Justice Works awarded a 3-year Bingham McCutchen-sponsored fellowship to Linnea Forsythe (UCSF, Hastings College of the Law class of 2008). Ms. Forsythe will work as an advocate for domestic violence survivors in Alameda County.
Christina Varner - Shartsis Friese awarded Christina Varner (New College School of Law Class of 2007) a three-year fellowship to help families escape domestic violence by providing a full range of legal services designed to stabilize each family; including assistance with restraining orders, divorces, access to affordable housing, and related immigration issues.
Noah Zinner - Equal Justice Works awarded Noah Zinner (UC Berkeley Boalt Hall Class of 2006) a Morgan Miller Blair-sponsored fellowship. Mr. Zinner's project is designed to help preserve housing for low-income families; with a special focus on foreclosure prevention in predatory lending cases in Contra Costa County.
