Ways to Give

Thank you for your interest joining Bay Area Legal Aid in its efforts to ensure that low-income people in our community have equal access to the civil justice system. Your contribution will help to provide critical legal services to protect battered women and their children from future violence, keep families in their homes, and ensure that all Bay Area residents have access to needed health care and benefits.

You can have your gift deducted from your paycheck by designating a contribution to Bay Area Legal Aid during your office's fall workplace campaign. To donate stock, please contact Jennifer Cesario, Development Director, at (510) 250-5242.

Support BayLegal through Planned Giving
Leave a legacy in support of justice by remembering Bay Area Legal Aid in your estate plan or will. To learn more about leaving a bequest or gift from a retirement plan or life insurance policy, please contact Jennifer Cesario, Development Director, at (510) 250-5242.

Direct Cy Pres Funds to BayLegal
Because our services benefit those most likely to be unrepresented or underrepresented in the justice system, BayLegal is an appropriate recipient of cy pres, or residual class action, funds. Please consider BayLegal when resolving your cases, as BayLegal's work benefits the broader society by ensuring that the civil justice system itself remains fair and equitable.
